I can honestly say your holiday home is beautiful, so carefully decorated with superb taste.
The amenities were first class, everything felt like new and there was nothing amiss as far as we were concerned.

Excellent property - finished to a very high standard, careful design in every room, beds comfortable, small garden catches the sun. Dog enjoyed the nearby beach. A pleasure to be in, would definitely recommend. First time used Norfolk Cottages, whole process was smooth, communication good. Very happy
This is a truly delightful property in a charming location. it i extremely well equipped, superbly comfortably, beautifully decorated and yet also very well appointed for couples, couples, multi-generational families... and dogs. With masses of storage space throughout, the house also has a really convenient utility area which can be closed off to dogs, wet children and sandy beach gear! Undoubtedly the most practical and most comfortable house we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in around 25 over the years.
Ivy farmhouse provides everything needed for an exceptional family holiday. Beach within 5 minutes walking distance. Well placed for exploring local activities.Welcome pack with local goodies a nice surprise.
Excellent accommodation. Lovely location for the park, the beach and woodland walks. Would definitely recommend the cottage.
Loved this property. The mature garden was a beautiful little sun trap. Inside the property was everything you could possibly need for a very comfortable stay. Would stay here again. V.Brian.
This was a special holiday returning to the seaside town of my youth but with my own children and husband (and my mum - nanny). The cottage was amazing, so much space and everything we could have needed was to hand. Loved the walk in pantry! Location made the holiday what it was, literally walk across the green behind the house and you are at the crazy golf, arcades, shops and seafront. It was great being able to walk back in our wet suits and not even have to put our shoes back on to get home! Days out - we went crabbing in Cromer, down in the rock pools that are left as the sea goes out, we caught so many crabs, the kids loved it. We went to Sherringham on the Holt/Sherringham Steam Train, definitely do it from Holt to Sherringham as the other way round leaves you a bit stranded as its a long walk to Holt. Thrigby Wildlife Park was an excellent day out and Blicking Hall National Trust was our final day. We spend a few days just in Mundesley playing Crazy Golf and in the sea, Excellent holiday thank you so so much!
This is a lovely house, very well equipped and in a perfect location for the beach. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

A lovely, comfortable house to stay in- we loved it. Close to the beach, quiet and well equipped. Spacious but cosy- the Aga was great.
We wanted to say a personal thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It was so special to us to spend extended time with our grown up children who loved their stay as much as us. We arrived in the rain and are leaving as spring has sprung, relaxed revitalised and very happy.
